alright you guys. frankenputer has finally bitten the dust. i have no internets at home. right now i am using nikki's laptop but she's going to be gone by tonight or tomorrow morning.

so. that's why i've been so quiet.

last night i saw built to spill at the troubador by myself. it was pretty much the most awesome thing ever.

he started with just him and the guitar and played "car" and dedicated it to andy capps. i cried real tears. then they played goin against your mind and a bunch of old stuff that i knew but can't think of the titles of right now. they played a cover of the gladiators that i want to look up "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for it". they played traces and conventional wisdom and encored with broken chairs. i cried during that too. the rest of the time i was smiling like a fool. it was goodness.

i got a shirt and a cd of the boise cover band (doug and friends doing covers).

every night i sleep with a blanket from greece. did you know that?

there is a mosquito in my room that has been chewing on me multiple times nightly.
