all of a sudden he's so big and he's really getting into baseball. that is sam's cap from when he played in high school in champaign.

he looks so grown up. you ain't kidding! i guess 5 does that to a kid? i have a pic of him at 2/3? on my desk (the close-up of him playing on the yellow airplane in costa mesa when you guys came to visit one time from AZ) so i still kind of think of him as being little.

is he any good at ball yet?
