2. thai kum koon- norman, oklahoma
3. malibu seafood- malibu, ca (not THAT far away but not lunchable)
4. cheeba hut- tempe, az YOU MUST CLICK THAT LINK.
5. campus corner food: pepes, la baguette, and the quarterhouse (RIP)- norman, ok.
on a similar note, sam and i eat a lot of fake meat type items. we love all these great china bistros in LA (nothing can top LA food, really, it's a foodie's paradise), vegan express, etc. and all the gardenburger and morning star (riblet, chicken marinara etc) products. being a southerner, i would really like to see a
MEATLESS CHICKEN FRIED STEAK. the gluten they use at the kung pao china bistro is the perfect consistency for the "meat". but i need to somehow acquire the recipie for breading from PISTOL'S or DEL RANCHO. my mom did it too, of course, but del rancho.....
mmmm. chicken fry....
