Oct. 16th, 2004 07:35 pmi just have to say that the best show on television by far is debbie travis facelift. oh my god it's so good.
she does a total remodel including demo and construction and redecorate. she is the quintessential project manager and is gracious and badass all at once. plus she's british. PLUS she has this darling little irishman that does her crazy paint treatments.
she used to have a show in the 80s called painted house. it was so simple compared to what she does now! she is glorious. I LOVE HER AND I WANT TO BE HER.
her ideas are fresh and amazing. the most recent thing i fell in love with and can't stop thinking about is:
using LACE as STENCIL on furniture. i think this is going to happen on my tallboy, which is total french povencial jenny lynn and is begging for some boudior lace.
anyway i lost her for awhile cause they moved her around but i've found her again. 7pm on hgtv sat night.
