so we had the walk thru. the former owners left us a bottle of champagne and a card. that was nice. now she is in the HOSPITAL with LUPUS!! i feel so bad. also because her husband is mad at us because we are not paying the late escrow fee. (it wasn't set up in the escrow docs and they haven't mowed the lawn and the house is pretty dusty and there's some shit still in it.)
so i bet they wish they hadn't left the champagne.

anyway i measured all my walls for the crown and i want the measurements here so i don't lose them:
