TRAFFIC to long beach. the 101 to hollywood to the 10 to the 110 to the 105 to the 710. good lord.
leah and matt and okie dave have a very small but very cute house. 1911? close to downtown long beach. i love it. it's funky and cool and has some great original features. the floors are cool, the moldings are huge and thick and there's 2 great rooms with built-ins that are awesome. it has a lot of potential, and dave is mr construction. i am so very jealous. what i would do with a house, let me tell you. it would be a beautiful thing.
they are so in the middle of all things lbc!! it's close to our project in downtown lb and close to other shopping areas and so so close to the aquarium and the queen mary and everything. it's very urban and fresh and i can totally see them living there and loving it. we went to eat and the nugget was a champ. we got back late.
