hell a

where am i????

i keep asking myself. the reality of actually living here hasn't sunk in yet. right now i am disoriented and cloudy.

things i think about as i drive around this fair city:
i wonder how many people i passed by/looked at/brushed against/saw/saw me today?

there are a lot of billboards for movies and tv shows. i've seen some big ass ones on sunset and one for each member of the hill family from king of the hill.

the apartment: we got it. it's on the fourth floor of a biggish building near 3rd and fairfax. it's close to the farmer's market. the building was very nice and the small treelined street we don't face is nice. the alley we do is ok, too. there's definitley views. the area around it is the most innercity i have seen of la. it's a nice area, it reminds me of chicago. a lot. definitely a walking part of town. we are not moving in until monday. sam might start working as soon as tomorrow. as it is kind of stressful just hanging out and waiting around, ya know?

went to sunset area and our hood today.

i'm still numb, and blown away.

just completely blown away.
