the thing about looking for apts now is that we aren't moving until november. so we see something good and can do nothing about it. but it's good to browse, i guess, and to get an idea of what prices are like (outrageous).

i have seen some 1 bedroom apts ON the beach (mostly venice, some santa monica) for like $850.
