i am so wiped out.
we didn't get the farmhouse either. they countered us 375 and "as-is". there's a ton of stuff in there that won't pass inspection and if we go 375 we won't have enough money to fix the inspection things.
today i worked at the school and i'm tired.
my weekend is already booked and i hate that. tomorrow i am going to take violet and ijah to v's school for their carnival. i don't have to stay the whole day.
sunday morning i'm going to negotiate the contract with la parks and rec on behalf of the school. honestly they are trying to screw us so we have to fight them.
sunday afternoon i'm possibly going to the brewery artwalk.
the positive side of things is that i just had leonore's vegetarian mexican food and some cheesecake with strawberriesn'goo on top.
