in other news....

oh, i am so HAPPY. a few months ago, orangeale made me a cd during the Great Cd Swap that had a song i loved. it was called "bad star" by pepper mcgowan. it was the most beautiful thing i had heard in a long time and i drove around los angeles, crying,listening to it on repeat. well, come to find out, this pepper mcgowan girl is on lj (skeletonking)! so i added her as a friend, etc etc.

today i found out her cd bad stars is at cd baby for FIVE BUCKS. yep, a fiver. and it's fucking awesome amazing piano and alto voice. it's soooo good. (bryan was even impressed and he doesn't go for that "girl stuff" much.)
