hey.
i've got this really great book called "maybe the moon" by armistead maupin. (he wrote the tales of the city). he's one of my favorite authors.
it's about a midget living in hollywood and it's written diary-style.
if anyone wants it, i'll send it along in the post.

*sigh*
i have no great new fiction book to dive into. i don't have a cool dice system or anything. i hate reading nonfiction in bed. the girl with the pearl earring was so quaint and nice.
unnnhh...drat.
i don't want to read toni morrison right now!!!
so...any suggestions? good fiction, female protagonist- those are the only rules.

last night my leelee came up with sesshin and dave, who is originally from oklahoma. dave is cool. the boys went to the guitar center and lee and ijah and i took a nice stroll. we went to the farmer's market and had a crepe. leah had never had a crepe OR nutella before. so i popped her crepe cherry. she's so awesome, i'm so glad she's my friend. she knows all my recent history and has always been there for me in times of crisis.
and she's stylin.

then we had leftover chinese food (bean curd family style, yo) and sammy went out and got me ice cream, cause he rawks. then it was iconorama and laundry headaches. the dryer downstairs doesn't work for shit and just takes quarters while barely drying clothes. grrr.

oh, les: amber finally called. said she just got settled, so that's cool. i'll call her today. can you imagine moving while pregnant? ew.

finally decided on a reread of alice in wonderland last night.

today: more of the same. i really need to go to whole foods but it's a nightnmare on the weekends. oh, and i shall mealplan.

i finally have a box with multiple books to send to alibris. and more than 2! if i could send them a box of 5 books a week i would be happy.

it's a design kind of day.
