all's well that ends well...but nothing really ever ends

I want you to know that we are totally sorry that your sites are down and that we are all really upset by this happening. You have no idea how upset we are. It is our goal to be the reliable web hosting service you expect and anytime we fail we take it on personally.

Of course an email doesn't make up for the downtime and frustration, but we want to tell you what is going on.

Your site and files are stored and protected. They are loading very slow due to a definable bandwidth issue. A neighbor on your server set up a denial of service site, a warez site that keeps hogging bandwidth each time we fix it. We are in the process of killing the site but have to take precautions not disturb your files and sites.

Our tech crew is working on the issue as we speak.

As to what reparations we can offer we can discuss what you would prefer. A free domain name? 5 extra email addresses? They are all possible.

so i guess having a warez site on your server is like having a crack house in your neighborhood.

so i'm the profiled bookseller this week!!! i am so excited, elated, everything. who needs money when you have fame. AND i got 3 orders today including an order for the biography of the domino's pizza guy, which is sort of a running joke.
and the site is working.
and i get a free domain name.
